Bio: Dr. Nicole Horn is a Board Certified Physician of Podiatric Medicine (DPM), who specializes in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of foot disorders, diseases and injuries.
A native of Holmes County. Dr. Horn previously worked in Wayne and Tuscarawas Counties for 7+ years, including The Wound Center. She is very excited to be now serving Holmes County.
Education: Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, Cleveland, Ohio. Graduated 2004. Walsh University, Bachelor of Science, Canton, Ohio. Graduated with honors certificate, 2000.
Surgical Training: Richmond Heights/University Heights, Cleveland Ohio 2004-2007: 3-year surgical residency focusing on limb salvage, forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, trauma, arthroscopy and infection. Served as chief resident 2006-2007.
